In addition to the airmail rates listed, you may also select EMS (express insured
international airmail), second class airmail and surface mail. Surface mail is not generally
recommended as it is very slow and vinyl items in particular are rather fragile. However, surface
rates will be given upon request.
Payment should be made as soon as possible after the order is placed. However, if a delay
is likely, you may contact and give details as to when payment will be made/sent. Your order will then be reserved. If payment is very late we will contact you and we also reserve the right to cancel the order. At that point, you still have the opportunity to 're-order' the
item(s). Fully paid for orders are sent out as quickly as is possible and you will receive automated messages via the MusicStack system showing that the order is 'Available/Waiting for Payment', 'Shipped' etc. Swift payment both helps us and pleases the customer ! Grading

We accept returns in the same condition that we sent them to you. Buyer pays all return shipping costs.

Should items differ in condition from the original description, they may be returned (N.B. stock is graded strictly). Cost of returning an item is the customer's responsibility if you have have incorrectly purchased an item you do not need.
Registered mail Signed with Tracking or EMS etc. is highly recommended for rare or high-priced, CDs & vinyl etc.
